Good wine, some delivery confusion
I ordered a Probierpaket with some Weißburgunder and Grauburgunder. The ordering process was straightforward on their site. Delivery took 5 days to reach Berlin, which was a bit longer than I expected for a standard shipment, but the tracking worked fine. One bottle arrived slightly damp, but not broken, which was a bit concerning. I contacted support just to let them know, and they responded quickly, assuring me it was likely condensation and offering a replacement if it was broken. The wines themselves are excellent, really enjoyed the Pfälzer Weißburgunder. The selection is good, especially for German wines.
